Prep cook — Malerkotla

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Malerkotla, State of Punjab. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
