Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Soreng, Sikkim. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately On a typical shift you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
