Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Jogulamba Gadwal, State of Telangana. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideally you have able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; can read film thickness gauges and colour codes.
