Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in South Tripura, Tripura. We are looking for able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service 5+ years on the tools preferred.
