Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Tumkur, State of Karnataka. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should bring able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
