Restaurant steward wanted in Morbi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Morbi, State of Gujarat. Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
