Your main tasks: • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish You should bring knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections; good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines; comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders.
