Framing carpenter • Alwar, State of Rajasthan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Alwar, State of Rajasthan. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day to day you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. You should bring sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent; physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height.
