Bar waiter • Gurdaspur, State of Punjab

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Gurdaspur, State of Punjab. You will be based in a café. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideally you have smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform; basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change. ₹150 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
