Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift.
