On the job you will handle: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Ideally you have a good head for heights and steady balance; confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds.
