Steel fixing chargehand — West Godavari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in West Godavari, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Performance bonus on top of base pay.
