Immediate opening: fabricator-welder (Uttar Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
