Canteen cook wanted in Anantapur

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Anantapur, State of Andhra Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
