You should bring food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Full-time, day shift.
