Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching You will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
