Horizontal milling machine operator • Cuttack, State of Odisha

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Cuttack, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Ideally you have safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade.
