Ideally you have happy to work outdoors in all weather; previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance; valid driving licence for travel between sites. On a typical shift you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds.
