Urgent requirement: die-casting operator (State of Tamil Nadu)

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Coimbatore, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Day-to-day duties: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
