Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Porbandar, State of Gujarat. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching.
