Sheet metal welder — Thane

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Thane, State of Maharashtra. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
