Core maker wanted in Simdega

Vacancy available: we are hiring a core maker in Simdega, State of Jharkhand. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. You should bring basic grinding and fettling skills; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal. Day-to-day duties: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects Part-time with flexible hours.
