We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based on a commercial building project. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On the job you will handle: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Part-time with flexible hours. ₹950 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
