Urgent requirement: pot washer (State of Chhattisgarh)

Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Bilaspur, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
