Immediate opening: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Karur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Ideally you have CSCS card for site-based work an advantage; accurate to fine tolerances on finish work; physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
