Stitching operator — Dima Hasao District

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Dima Hasao District, Assam. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. You should bring can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently; comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line; quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams.
