Prep cook — Bhadrak

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Bhadrak, State of Odisha. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should bring able to read and follow recipes and dockets; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking.
