Short order cook — Bagalkot

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Bagalkot, State of Karnataka. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should bring good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
