Canteen cook wanted in Mungeli

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Mungeli, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. We are looking for able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
