Ideally you have able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines; basic English/Hindi to read room status and checklists. The role involves: • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
