You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear On a typical shift you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₹39,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
