Building site helper — Baragarh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a building site helper in Baragarh, State of Odisha. The role involves stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. What we are looking for: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Physically fit and comfortable working at height On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
