Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
