The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Full-time, day shift.
