Offshore rigger — Cuddalore

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Cuddalore, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Ideally you have valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket; sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles.
