Fine-dining server wanted in Madurai

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Madurai, State of Tamil Nadu. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
