Last-mile delivery agent — Idukki

Vacancy available: we are hiring a last-mile delivery agent in Idukki, State of Kerala. You will be based at an e-commerce delivery centre. The role involves call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub. Requirements: • Own motorcycle or scooter preferred • Basic reading to match addresses correctly • Able to ride long hours in all weather Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
