Bakery assistant — Simdega

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Simdega, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; 2+ years' experience as a baker; food handler / hygiene certificate.
