Captain waiter wanted in Alwar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Alwar, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a beach resort. Ideally you have ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel. Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
