Now hiring: we are hiring a digger driver in Dimapur, State of Nagaland. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) On a typical shift you will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains.
