Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Guntur, State of Andhra Pradesh. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles We are looking for willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred.
