Immediate opening: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Ahmadnagar, State of Maharashtra. Ideally you have knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout; physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg; basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses. The role involves deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
