Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Uttarkashi, State of Uttarakhand. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹120 per hour, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
