Port container crane operator wanted in Mungeli

Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Mungeli, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. Ideally you have physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts; good depth perception and hand-eye coordination. The role involves: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
