Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Kalimpong, West Bengal. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideally you have comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects.
