The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideally you have able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; punctual, reliable and hard-working; keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
