Sand plant operator — Faridkot

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Faridkot, State of Punjab. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
