Kitchen steward — Garhwa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Garhwa, State of Jharkhand. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
