Immediate opening: powder coating technician (State of Punjab)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Fazilka, State of Punjab. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
