Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Shrawasti, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a busy construction site. Day to day you will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. You should bring valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket; sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
